Chicago Weather Forecast

Our 3-day weather forecast for Chicago gives you the average conditions for each morning and afternoon, so you can better plan your visit to the Chicago Midway area.

The climate in this region is clearly split into the four traditional seasons. It's very cold in Winter and prone to heavy snow and strong winds - that's where the nickname "The Windy CIty" probably comes from. Thick sweaters and heavy overcoats are highly recommended. Summer is warm and tends to humid, and can get quite hot, with temperatures rising to the high 80s. Spring and Autumn are less predictable. Pack for warm weather with lightweight clothing, but bring a sweater and a raincoat, too, just in case.
