Telephone Booths
All telephones at Chicago O'Hare International Airport are fully wheelchair accessible. In addition, a telephone with an amplified handset is also available at every bank of pay phones.

Restrooms
Larger stalls, grab bars, lower towel dispensers, and tilted mirrors are among the many restroom facilities available for travelers with disabilities.

Wheelchairs
All airlines at Chicago O'Hare International Airport provide wheelchair escort. Contact the airline directly to request the service.

Service Areas
For travelers with disabilities, American and United Airlines feature specially designated lounges providing assistance. American Airlines features a lounge on Concourse K in Terminal 3 while United Airlines features lounges on Concourses B and C in Terminal 1.

Airport Transit System
All points on the ATS route are easily accessible to travelers with disabilities. Elevators are available at each of the five stops.
